Two weeks off. I dunno, depression, the fact that I can't work out without hurting myself or getting nauseous, low WIM, whatever. Diet was pretty bad.
Food was good, forgot to log but it was decent. Nothing to make a crossfitter proud but I am who I am
Gym
- Deadlift 5x225. Kinda meh on lower back but not terrible. Also 40 lbs less than usual though, so..
- Seated Calf Raises 1x10x270. omg horrible pump. Anavar level shit
- Hamstring Curls 2x8x95
- Abs 3x10
Pretty light day, first day back, didn't want DOMS like a maniac.
