Gym
- Flat Bench 3x5x185. Went crazy "pulling the bar apart" and definitely helped a shitload with rotators/anterior delts
- Tricep Extensions 4x8x90s
- Lower Cable Flies 4x8x35s. Some mild pain here on the right side but I think I've found something I can do with minimal or no pain
- Dips 10, 10, 6.
Very pleased with the workout.
