Oh hey I lifted today.
Gym:
RDL 3x5x205
Hamstring Curls 2x8x140 too heavy
Calves 3x10x315. 340 really made my calves feel horrible both times so I dropped down and felt nothing at all, which is weird.
Abs 4/6 0/10 felt sick
