Nice to see strength can just randomly disappear for no fucking reason. Pullup ROM was shit so I dropped the weight and it still wasn't great. Forearms and biceps were completely blasted after that. Not once did I feel my back do any work during this entire session. Decided to up the speed on the treadmill to see what happened. After 2 minutes my calves and rhomboids were on fire and a minute after that my lungs got torched, too. fuck you and fuck your sister
