7.24.14 Triceps/Chest

Creatine, forgot yesterday and day before. Slacked on gym, pretty bad, no excuse for yesterday.

  • Bench 265: 4,4,3     255: 5, 5
  • Tricep Extensions 3x9x88
  • Incline Bench 2x8x155 this winds me so bad lately
  • Dips +45: 5, 5
