Diet today was off the charts terrible. On top of the 2,000 calorie lasagna I also went out to dinner where I had fish and chips and something that was basically a chocolate lasagna.

Calling it 4,000 calories. Calorietracker says TGIF fish and chips is only 950 calories. I doubt that includes fries or dessert.
