50mg Halodrol, 1200mg fish oil, Life Support, 3g Taurine, Minoxidil, multivitamin, creatine

3:30 PM
chicken, broccoli, rice. The whole batch is around 1,900 calories. I ate a lot. 700/60

7:00 PM
the worst square I've ever eaten. I think the dressing I used this time had rancid olive oil. fuckin hell

9:00 PM
25mg Halodrol, 1200mg fish oil, Life Support, 3g Taurine, Minoxidil,  creatine

finished off the batch for a total of 1,900+ the 500 from this morning. This seems really, really low because I have never been so stuffed, I had to force-feed the last two meals.
