Gym:

Pretty disappointing session

  • Cardio: Didn't do it
  • Calf Pushouts 4x10x335
  • Abductors 4x10x265
  • Hamstring Curls 2x10x105
  • Quad Curls 4x9x70s
  • Ab rollouts: 6 fully from the feet, 4 more standing with Bosu ball, and then 2x10 just from the Bosu Ball. Pretty happy with the 6 reps but damn did it knock me out.
Maybe the session wasn't that bad after all, but I almost threw up and barely got any hamstring work in, plus no cardio.
