Cardio: got back to 20 minutes, BFD. 147BPM though and aside from calves I felt fine.
Calf pushouts: 3x10x225
abductors: 3x10x205
abs: 3x10 off bosu
quads: 4x10x70s
hamstrings: 3x10x110. This is too much weight, dropping down to 100
