Calf raises: 135lbs: 3x10
Ab rollouts: 3x10 off bosu
Quad curls: 75 lbs/side: 10,8,8(ouch!)
Hamstring curls: 2x10x100

Was in a rush and also feeling super dizzy throughout this workout so skipped abductors and had to stop on the hamstring curls.
