6.26.14 Biceps/Back

Gym:

  • Pullups +50 lbs 5x5
  • Face Pulls 3x10x80
  • Bicep Curls 3x8x35s
  • Wide Pulldowns 3x10x160
This was a really tough workout, didn't get to row, too sick.

Remembered Creatine yesterday and today! Remembered Beta Alanine before and after today!
