6.3.14 Legs

Oh hey I lifted today.

Gym:

  • RDL 3x5x205
  • Hamstring Curls 2x8x140 too heavy
  • Calves 3x10x315. 340 really made my calves feel horrible both times so I dropped down and felt nothing at all, which is weird. 
  • Abs 4/6 0/10 felt sick
