ECF stack, 1 big ham sandwich on some really healthy whole wheat nonsense with lots of spinach and hummus. Was cramping pretty badly, two big glasses of water didn't help so I went to potassium sources.

Lying db flies: 4x10@65s
Tricep extension machine: 4x10@60s
