then 9 pullups. then i almost puked, sat around for 20 minutes and came home. fucking nice.
Should probably start doing cardio even though it's the worst thing in the world. Also, should probably stop AMRAP pullups. world records tho

Went back to the gym cuz f it. Still wasn't feeling 100% but whatever
