4.2.14 Wednesday Triceps Chest


  • Bench 4x8x195
  • Tricep Extensions 4x8x90
  • Chest Flies 2x8x45s
  • Dips 14,9,8
I really need to find better chest accessory work. The pec deck was brutal on my shoulders(and everyone's it turns out) and flat bench flies are ridiculously hard and they also hurt my hands quite a bit.
Overall, very impressed, look at those fuckin dips! Last week was 11,7,7. WIM has been pretty low, diet has just been dirty bulk central
