4/30/14 Wednesday Biceps/Back(1)

Welp, picked up some new candy today.

Pretty serious stack. Each pill contains
25mg Methylclostebol
20mg Epistane
20mg Trenavar
100mg Hexadrone

And they want me to take 2 a day! That's a lot of prohormones, going to do 1 a day for three days to ramp up. Dropping in on 2 a day seems a bit reckless to me.

Anyways, diet was good but forgot to log. I know I ate a bowl of Special K protein, some Greek yogurt, a protein bar, and one bowl of rice,chicken, and broccoli.

Had a big glass of grape soda with my pure creatine.


Gym

  • Pullups 10, 10, 7
  • Face Pulls 58: 10, 10, 10
  • Bicep Curls 30s: 10,8
  • Wide Grip Pulldowns 160: 8, 8, 8
  • Seated Row Machine 80s: 8, 8
Took it a little easy and was mostly pleased. If I felt myself get a little dizzy I just backed off instead of going  HAM like usual.
