5/1/14 Thursday Delts (2)

Took my PH at 3:30, hit the gym at 4. Diet was pretty solid so far but I'm out of food and pizza is on the horizon.

  • Front Raises 35s: 10, 10, 8
  • Shrugs 3x6x225
