  • Bench (breathes) 1x1x300, 1x3x275 2x3x285 (sets reps weight)
  • Tricep Pushdowns 2x10x72 2x10x80
  • Cable Flies 4x10x35s
  • Dips 3x11
Very optimistic bench. Definitely had more than 300 in me, but did not have 2 reps(failed) Pretty disappointed with myself. hm.
