Just noticed a bunch of red dots on my delts, like weird little blemishes. They don't really have much depth to them, just a tiny bit, and they don't hurt. I wonder if this is MT2 related or from the Prohormone. Definitely never noticed anything like this before in my life but my arms and back do have a fair bit of blemishes on them all the time naturally. Will update!

  • Bicep Curls 3x10x35s
  • Seated Row Machine 3x8x120s
  • Wide Pulldowns 1x8x200
The bones under my biceps felt horrible. Something happened during flies yesterday and it really fucked me up. They're aching hard. Pretty shitty workout to be honest.
