  • Abs 6/4 2/8 0/10 (feet/bosu)
  • Cardio 15 minutes 3mph
Pretty pleasing session. 315 was very difficult, and my lower back went fucking crazy. Popped 2g more taurine right after and it helped a shitload. It was very nice to feel real resistance in a lower body lift. I wish I could squat/dl without issue, I love deadlifting so much.
