4.29.14 Tuesday Triceps/Chest

Diet was much better today but didn't log. Definitely no junk food anywhere, though.

Gym

  • Flat Bench 3x5x185. Went crazy "pulling the bar apart" and definitely helped a shitload with rotators/anterior delts
  • Tricep Extensions 4x8x90s
  • Lower Cable Flies 4x8x35s. Some mild pain here on the right side but I think I've found something I can do with minimal or no pain
  • Dips 10, 10, 6. 
Very pleased with the workout.
