uh maybe 25mg Ephedrine and that's it

  • Bench 5x5x255
  • Tricep Pushdowns 4x9x95
  • Incline Bench 3x5x165
  • Dips 2x8
Was going to do more dips and cardio but I was so tired I just rushed home and immediately fell asleep.
