8.26.14 Triceps/Chest

3g Beta
25mg Ephedrine
100mg caffeine

Gym

  • Bench 5x5x260
  • Tricep Pushdowns 3x9x95
  • Incline Bench 4x5x175
  • Dips 2x9
  • Cardio 11 min @ 4.1mph
Bench felt very good, smooth. 

Tricep extensions, I dunno, I don't know what handles to use. I used some ergonomic fixed bar that actually made them super easy but it hurt my rotator cuffs. Ropes and flexible handles all hurt my hands to various degrees.

Cardio was weirdly brutal, maybe it's because I did random mountain and got a bad one. Calves were lit up and lungs were burning.
