8.28.14 Biceps/Back

OTCs
7g Beta(4 before 3 after)
50mg Ephedrine
Multivitamin
200+mg caffeine
Creatine
Doing a little house cleaning, so I'm tying to use up all the stuff I never use.


Gym

  • Neutral Grip Pullups +45:  3x7 2x6 
  • Face Pulls 3x10x95 
  • Bicep Curls 2x8x30s 2x8x25s
  • Seated Row Machine 2x9x110s 1x8x105s 1x8x95s LOL
  • Pulldowns 3x9x140 
  • Cardio 4.1 MPH 15 minutes
- Some dbag was using the squat rack where I do my pullups to squat. Wasn't going to wait. Wow crazy upper-outer lat engagement, though. 
-No idea why these killed me so much more than last week, could barely finish the third set.

Lowered the incline on the cardio from level 4 to level 2 and that helped with the shin splints in a major way.  Also, my forearms are getting pumped up like crazy as of late and I have no idea why. Double overhanding 3 plates for reps never did anything and now they feel like balloons about to pop every session.
