  • Abs none. My shoulders were so shot I didn't want to, and tomorrow is abs anyways
I need to figure stuff out here. I can't really do Farmer Walks anymore, the dumbbells are so low that setting them down hurts my back. The Front Raises are mostly fine, but the side raises are just brutal on my posterior delts. The OHP is fine, except for the fact that I'm not progressing anymore. fuck
