  • Deadlift 5x265
  • Standing Calf Raises 4x10x80s
  • Abductors 3x10x305
  • Hamstring Curls 4x10x105
  • Abs 2x10 One feet to knees, one just knees.
Definitely an improvement. Deadlifts were the fastest I've ever done them, and lower back stiffness was there, but definitely not as bad. Took a big break between sets 2 and 3 on the hamstring curls. Was just dead for the abs
