  • Face Pulls: Turns out I was doing these wrong. 4x10x60 (correct form)

  • Seated Rows 4x10x100
  • Wide Pulldowns 2x10x120
Surprised I didn't have more in me on the pulldowns but was pretty dead.

Total food: 1,900 calories 160g protein
