Gym
  • Pullups: 8, 8, 6, 5, 6 LOL (3 minutes)
  • Curls 4x9x25s (60 seconds)
  • Wide Pulldowns 3x10x150 (60 seconds)
  • Row Machine 2x8x60s (60 seconds)
I've had this stuff for a while now but wanted to get my conditioning up before starting. No real changes or feelings yet.
