10/6/14 "Leg" "Day"

Back's a lot better. A little stiff/numb but I can bend over without help or pain now, so good to go.

Gym

  • Calf Raises 4x9x315 (60 seconds)
  • 10 minutes of stretching
  • Hamstring Curls 3x9x125 (60 seconds)
  • Abs 2x8 Feet-To-Knees (4 minutes)
Wanted to do cardio but was falling asleep in the locker room and I still had to get gas, do groceries, cook, and shower. Pretty annoyed about it but I'm fucking exhausted. There was more I wanted to say but I can't remember or even focus right now. Bye.
