10.7.14 Triceps/Chest

Drugglements

  • Multivitamin
  • 200mg Caffeine
  • 50mg Ephedrine
  • Creatine

Gym
  • Bench 245: 5, 5, 5, 3 
    • 225: 4 (2.5 minutes)
  • Dips 2x7x+25 (60 seconds)
  • Incline Bench 155: 7, 7, 5
  • Cardio: 20 minutes, 3.9 mph, L3, ?BPM
This workout pissed me off, I thought I'd smoke the bench, glutes cramped up like crazy and then just ultra weakness. I quit the dips because rotator cuffs were telling me to. They did last time, too, but I didn't listen. Incline bench wasn't bad but I gave up a rep. 

Then I realized that at no point did I get dizzy, or even close to it, and that's like the third workout in a row where this has been the case, so pretty good.

Also finished my cardio goal today; hadn't done that in the last 3 attempts.

Food: 2,020 calories, 160g protein
