10.11.13 Friday

Went to bed at 4 AM. Forgot I had a meeting today. Blogging from the meeting! Then I have an important dinner, which means I have no time to lift. Pushing it off until tomorrow. Oh well.

Food:

1 taco, 1 protein bar

scallops, some corn dish, fairly small
