Cardio: 15 minutes, 1.1% incline, 4.2mph, 161BPM
Abductors: 3x10x220
Seated calf raises: 4x10x205
Quad raises: 80 lbs./side: 10,10,8,7 murder!
Hamstring curls: 110 lbs: 10, 10, 10, 7. Got really dizzy but was failing on just muscle strength alone.

Hard session. Total food: 2,400 calories, 123g of protein.
