10.7.13 Monday legs/delts

ECF and beta alanine.
200mg of BA. Does nothing except make my face itch a little.

Gym:

Elliptical 15 minutes. No idea on heart rate but it was way crazy. The machine was saying 78, felt like 250. Treadmills were full.

Seated Calf 3*10*160
Hamstring 4*9*100(thought it was 110, damnit!)
Abductors 3*10*200
Quad raises: 4x8x80s
Delt side raises 3*8*15s
Front raises 3*8*15s
