Good workout. Minimal RC pain. I tried using this technique https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BSct98DvBxw and well.... wow. I felt just like that guy and a glance in the mirror showed no visible change from just flat benching. My legs are reasonably far back but I just can't arch my back. Might do those stretches every gym session to see if I can improve.
Food has been good today. Maybe a little high in carbs but whatever. My diet is severely lacking in variety and that's why I take the multivitamin. I feel these are mostly garbage but I *might* be the sort of person they help. My pee is never neon yellow, whatever that's worth.

I didn't get dizzy at all, though face pulls did mess me up a little. And then I did that chest supported row machine. I think this tears me up because of all the pressure on my diaphragm.
It was worse than usual, waited 15 minutes, wasn't getting better. Sat in my car for another 10 and contemplated it but I could feel my gag reflex engaging so I said screw it. Definitely the right decision as 90 minutes later I still feel dead.
Sucks because I was planning on adding more to this workout. Oh well. Looking forward to adding in some volume tomorrow!

This workout pissed me off, I thought I'd smoke the bench, glutes cramped up like crazy and then just ultra weakness. I quit the dips because rotator cuffs were telling me to. They did last time, too, but I didn't listen. Incline bench wasn't bad but I gave up a rep.
Then I realized that at no point did I get dizzy, or even close to it, and that's like the third workout in a row where this has been the case, so pretty good.
Also finished my cardio goal today; hadn't done that in the last 3 attempts.

Not sure what happened but after the RDLs my back started to feel really bad. It's screwed up. Right at the absolute lower end of my back, right next to my spine on both sides, there's just a lot of sharp pain. It hurts to stand, but the more I stand the more the pain goes away. Walking hurts. Sitting doesn't, but I still feel it. Bending over feels terrible. Nice to see the stretching has been paying off.

What a piece of shit loratadine is. It's a cheap as hell allergy mediciation, I think around 8 cents/pill and it's only to be run once a day but this shit doesn't work at all. I blow my nose more than anyone I know, probably 30 times a day. I might give fexofenadine a shot(Allegra) and there's Pseudo in there so it'd be one less pill to take but it's pricey as hell, even the off-brand without pseudo is close to a $1.00/day I recall. I hate the idea of recurring payments for anything but I'll give it a shot. At least then I'll know. I've been on loratadine since August 4th and the benefits simply aren't there. I still can't leave the house without a handkerchief or I'm SOL.

I decided yesterday that the way I'll be scaling my workouts is, rather than primarily increasing weight or reps, I'll be focusing on decreasing rest time. Usually I rest 5 minutes between sets on my main lift, and 90-120 on all accessory work. Today I kept it to about 3 minutes between sets on the main lift and 60 seconds on accessory work. I'm trying to focus on getting my heart in shape as it's the weakest part of my body(except my quads) so this should have a huge impact on everything else moving forward.

siiiiiiiiickkk session. Felt dizzy after the last bench rep which was a big grind. After tricep pushdowns I was getting nauseous, sat around for 10 minutes. Was going to leave because I knew lifting would make me barf. Decided to roll the dice on cardio and, surprisingly, I felt fine. Even did an extra 5 minutes. Then, afterwards, I still felt fine so I decided to finish what I started.
Going to be putting an emphasis on cardio until I can comfortably get through workouts without any lightheadedness. I want to really focus in on a better program and until I can comfortably get down to 60sec rests(I do 90 now, and it's not easy. 5 min on the big lifts) that's not going to happen.
This felt awesome and I felt like a rock star.

Lowered the incline on the cardio from level 4 to level 2 and that helped with the shin splints in a major way. Also, my forearms are getting pumped up like crazy as of late and I have no idea why. Double overhanding 3 plates for reps never did anything and now they feel like balloons about to pop every session.

Bench felt very good, smooth.
Tricep extensions, I dunno, I don't know what handles to use. I used some ergonomic fixed bar that actually made them super easy but it hurt my rotator cuffs. Ropes and flexible handles all hurt my hands to various degrees.
Cardio was weirdly brutal, maybe it's because I did random mountain and got a bad one. Calves were lit up and lungs were burning.

The effects are it dramatically increases one's production of melanin, which is what causes tan skin. Most guys seem to run about 500mcg a week with good results, that's a half tick on my syringe so f it. 400 seems like a good amount. I guess most inject every day for a week to load up, I'll play it by ear. First time injecting myself. Didn't hurt at all but it now itches. My face is definitely warm but it doesn't look red. Some mild nausea but really not that bad.
Everything there was about $80 but with once a week injections $20 for 100 needles is two year's worth. Bacteriostatic water is $10 and 10% is all that's needed for each vial of MT2. 10mg of MT2 is $25 and even at 1mg/week that's $10/month. The sharps dispenser was $3. Buy one, you cheap fuck.

Anyways, diet was good but forgot to log. I know I ate a bowl of Special K protein, some Greek yogurt, a protein bar, and one bowl of rice,chicken, and broccoli.
Had a big glass of grape soda with my pure creatine.

Maybe the session wasn't that bad after all, but I almost threw up and barely got any hamstring work in, plus no cardio.
